List of ways to reduce anxiety and/or stress during the pandemic

Hey everyone! Just thought I'd share a few helpful tips to help reduce anxiety during the pandemic. After all, we could all use a good stress-reliever. So, without further ado, here some things that have helped me cope with whatever it is that has been going on:

-eat healthy

-spend quality time with your friends and family

-do at least one thing you enjoy everyday

-meditate often

-spend time with your pets

-listen to music

-solve a jigsaw puzzle

-go on a walk

-stay 6 feet apart from each other

-hug a tree

-host a dance party on zoom

-play video games with your friends

-exercise

And finally,

-read a good book
