How to (safely) celebrate the 4th of July

Hi everyone and happy Independence Day! If you’re someone like me, then you’re probably into holidays like the 4th of July because I absolutely love them. I mean, what’s not to love about an all American holiday like this one? There’s barbecue, family gatherings, fireworks..the fact that we’re all still in quarantine..oh wait a minute..
Now, I know this must absolutely suck for some of you especially if you were planning to go out and visit family and friends instead of staying indoors and watching Netflix. But never fear! I’ve took this into consideration and have put together a list of things you could do this 4th of July so that you can celebrate in a safe manner.
Stay at homeNow, this one is probably obvious, but, in case you didn’t get it, the virus is still out there, guys. And yes, it’s still spreading like wildfire. Whatever you do, make sure you stay indoors as much as possible and only go outside if it is an absolute emergency. Going out is for emergencies only...remember that. Shop for barbecue from home
You know what’s the best part about living in the 21st century? It’s that we can do anything on the internet. We work online, we shop online, etc. We might as well tell our kids that we live on the internet. You can do anything and that includes shopping for anything you might this 4th of July. If your looking to buy some meat or barbecue, you can probably find it at any virtual store..unless of course they run out of meat. If they do, then you should buy cured salmon unless your allergic to fish. If you are, then just get some barbecue instead and call it a day.
Shop for fireworks from home
I don’t know how much of a good idea this is, but you can also buy some fireworks while you’re shopping from home as well. Just make sure that the fireworks are safe to use and that they don’t pose any kind of danger for yourself or the people around you. Other than that, you should be good.
So, go out and buy some fireworks and barbecue online, host a video chat session with your family and bring your family outside so that everyone can enjoy the fireworks while chatting through zoom.
Alright, that’s all I have for this post! Thanks for reading and have a happy and safe 4th of July! Stay safe and keep reading!
